SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti-6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material.
If you are building a high horsepower 1JZ/2JZ or just want some fresh exhaust studs, these will do the trick. The M10 studs will stand up to extreme heat and vibrations produced by big turbo JZ engines; they feature a hex key tip for easy installation with an Allen wrench. 12-point Ti nuts and M10 washers will firmly hold your header or exhaust manifold, ensuring no wasteful exhaust leaks. When service is required, the corrosion resistant properties of titanium will make it just as easy to uninstall - long-term serviceability and reusability are the objectives.
