SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti-6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material. A hex on one end of the studs allows them to be easily installed and removed, in addition, they won’t rust like steel hardware.
The heat and vibrations from a turbo diesel are notoriously difficult for exhaust components. Whether you are running a stock or aftermarket manifold, Ti hardware will allow you to secure it to the head with adequate torque, ensuring all the exhaust gasses get to your turbo without leaking out.
