DC Sports 4-2-1 Ceramic Header for K-swapped engines on EG & DC2 chassis is constructed from T-409, mandrel bent, stainless steel piping mated to stainless steel CNC machined flanges. All piping is Tig welded, and leak tested before the coating is applied. Ceramic coating significantly reduces under hood temps and combats corrosive road conditions, offering protection at temperatures up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Larger than stock diameter piping, mandrel bends, and equal length primary runners ensure a smooth and unrestricted path for exhaust gases. This leads to improved HP and TQ throughout your entire power band.
